Viking Warmups at 5:05 PM! Rolling Forest's parking lot is small, but there is street parking in the neighborhood. We will set up 2 reserved parking spots per team. All team areas will be in the parking lot, like last year. Swimmers should bring portable chairs or blankets to sit on. Rolling Forest will serve Chuy's chicken and steak tacos, chips, salsa, and creamy jalapeno dip for sale. Their Sugar Shack will also be selling snacks, candy, drinks, and ice cream. Cash and Venmo are accepted. |

Enjoy a delicious Italian dinner at the pool while our teen swim team members serve you! All meals include lasagna, salad, bread, brownies and beverages, and wine will be available for sale. (We’ll also have a mac and cheese option for anyone who would prefer that!) The cost is $8 per adult (12+) and $4 per child, with wine available for $2 per glass. Seatings are at 5pm, 6pm and 7pm. NOTE: To help account for Herndon's ceremony honoring their seniors and to manage any heat, we'll be starting the meet 30 minutes early this week at 8:30. Schedule: 7:40 Swimmer arrival time More from our friends @ Herndon: Parking: We will ask our families to park on the side street so you can have the parking lot. Pool note: We start our events on the deep end of our pool so our swimmers are doing flip turns on the shallow end. This way swimmers dive into the deep end. One note is that obviously half of our relay swimmers will still dive into the shallow end. Schedule note: Please note, this is our Seniors Meet. Annual Lollipop Meet @ Rolling Hills

This is a fun meet intended for those swimmers who don’t compete on Saturdays and most likely not even in B-meets. We are all about the swimmer having a positive experience. If you have someone that can't quite make it across the pool but wants to swim, have one of your coaches/volunteers get in their lane and be there for support as they swim. There are no S&T judges nor DQs. If they need a coach with them in the water, do it! If they need a noodle or a kickboard, give them one! (We can provide those if it makes the swimmer feel more confident.) This meet is more about participating in a meet environment than it is about times and places. The relay race is a noodle race. Cheering is highly encouraged! Time: 9:00am, Anthem at 8:55am Swimmers should arrive, ready to swim: 8:20am Participants: Rolling Forest, Daventry, Village West, and Rolling Hills Warm-Ups: 8:30-8:45am Lollipops will be handed out to each swimmer after their race Events Boys Event GirlsEvents:
Awards: After the race the kids will be rewarded with a lollipop; we will not have ribbons and won't keep track of places. Team areas: Spectator seating is in the grassy area near the team areas. Parents are encouraged to be near your team to help with their minis. There is shade for part of the morning on the far end of the pool. There are tables with umbrellas and chairs available to use. Concessions: There will be limited concessions with juice boxes, fruit, goldfish, etc. |
