We are still seeking a Concession Chair. Just a reminder, this summer we will give $100 off the price of registration for this position!

• Concession Chair/Co-Chair: Manage concessions inventory, create shopping lists for Costco pool runners, lead volunteers at Home A & B meets, coordinate with the Viking Treasurer for funds/iPad.

Registration Opens Next Week: Monday, April 7th
Registration for the summer swim season will be available April 7th! That is next week! The registration link will be at the top right of our website!

Pricing: We're happy to announce that our pricing and discount structure remains the same as last year. The fees are $130 for the first swimmer, $100 for the second, and $65 for each additional swimmer.

Suits and Caps: We will be working with SuitUP in Fairfax again for suits and caps. We are bringing back the 2024 suit for a second year. Families will be able to order suits online once registration opens or try on/purchase suits at the SuitUp store in University Mall. Take a look at the Village West Flyer 2025 attachment for suit pictures and pricing. All swimmers will receive complimentary latex caps along with their t-shirts.

Team T-Shirt: Every registered swimmer is entitled to a complimentary Vikings team T-shirt. To qualify for this year's shirt, make sure to register by May 5. Additionally, the registration process allows the purchase of extra team shirts for family and friends at $12 each.

Stroke and Turn Recruiting: 

Have an eye for detail? Maybe you've been a Timer for previous seasons and are ready for a new challenge! We've had many faithful Stroke and Turn Judges recently age out through graduation and this summer we are recruiting some new volunteers! NVSL provides free training at multiple dates, times, and locations. Check out the NVSL Website for a complete listing of Stroke and Turn Certification and Recertification Dates!
